SCBWI LA Conference

This year's SCBWI conference is incredible! I have had the privilege of listening to authors such as Jon Klassen, Neal Shusterman, Pam Munoz Ryan and Barney Saltzberg tell me the stories behind their stories. It has been inspiring, exciting, at times overwhelming, but primarily an amazing opportunity to learn and listen. I am excited to head back this morning to immerse myself in the energy of these remarkable people.
